About the Founder

Caroline is an experienced operator who has built and scaled talent, people and operations functions across Web3, fintech, and quantitative finance. Her experience spans scaling high-growth startups, designing systems for long-term sustainability, and leading hands-on execution when speed and precision matter most.

Most recently, Caroline served as Chief People Officer at Irreducible ($24M raised, Series A), a zero-knowledge proof infrastructure company. As the company’s first non-technical hire, she built the foundation of its global operations from scratch, overseeing global HR, recruiting, performance systems, onboarding, compensation, office build out, while also managing finance, legal, and fundraising diligence.

She also led executive and global talent acquisition at MoonPay ($555M raised, Series A) during a period of global hypergrowth. Prior to that, she spent six years at PDT Partners ($6B AUM) in New York City, one of the world’s leading quantitative investment firms, where she did recruiting and business operations. 

​

She is passionate about creating high-performing teams, cultivating growth-mindset cultures, and supporting founders through their most pivotal early stages. 

 

In her free time, she enjoys film photography, road tripping, and procuring/wearing/selling vintage clothing.
